Requiem To Cancer 2016

Requiem To Cancer 2016 took place on 2nd-3rd September 2016 at St Paul's Church, Covent Garden.

Between us we raised £31,450 + €50.

 The Requiems covered were those of Mozart, Chilcott and Duruflé. There was also a run-through of the Fauré, just for a bit of light relief.    We were delighted that Cecilia McDowall agreed to write the life-affirming anthem entitled Now is the Time.

The conductors were Neil Ferris, Jeremy Jackman and Joanna Tomlinson.  They were accompanied by Nicola Rose, Michael Higgins and Simon Gregory.  The soloists were Jocelyn Somerville, Kieran Seymour, Tom Smith, Eleanor Dann and Beth Moxon.
